Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms looked worn out and were quite small for a double, the noise from the busy street was only bothersome during the beginning and end of the workday. Inside the room, things were more peaceful, which was a relief. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with only Sunday staff being polite, and having just one flat pillow each was not ideal. However, other staff members were helpful, except in handling one specific issue I had. The location worked well for me, being close to the bus stop and tube, making it convenient for my family gathering. On the downside, the hotel was a bit noisy due to its proximity to a busy street and lacked space for luggage in the rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was close to several amenities, like a Co-op, making it somewhat convenient for a short stay.
The hotel's location is very convenient, close to public transport and away from the busy center. The rooms were warm with useful amenities like a fridge and desk, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were not overly intrusive. The dining experience was average with limited choices. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a Co-op, making it easy to access transportation and amenities. The room was spacious, though there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke from a neighboring room. The dining options were exceptional with a Full English menu available, perfect for heading to Wembley. The service staff made an effort to accommodate special requests, despite communication challenges with higher management.
